GOP CANDIDATES AT ONE-DAY MEGA EVENT
Romney, Giuliani, Huckabee & McCain to Address Association’s Members on
January 25th, 2008 at Miami Biscayne Bay Hotel (former Radisson) in Downtown Miami FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MIAMI, FL – (January 23, 2008) -- The Latin Builders Association is hosting the top four GOP candidates on Friday, January 25th at the Miami Biscayne Bay Hotel, 1601 Biscayne Blvd., in Downtown Miami, only three days away from Florida’s presidential primary. The one-day mega event – The LBA’s first ever “Meet the Candidates: Decision 2008” -- will provide South Florida’s business community and residents a unique opportunity to meet the top four Republican front-running candidates.
The four separate events will provide the framework for what promises to be a high visibility and high-stakes day for Republican front-runners. The LBA members and members of the media will compare each candidates plan to rekindle the economy, including the real estate market and how they plan to handle the mortgage crisis.
"We are thrilled to give our members and our community the opportunity to hear directly from the top four Republican presidential candidates about their program for job growth and economic prosperity," said LBA President Ovi Vento. "Our membership, which is a comprised of builders, contractors, and small service providers among other industries, is essential to the growth of the economy and health of our community.”
The day is scheduled as follows:
• Governor Mitt Romney – 8:00am Breakfast
• Mayor Rudy Giuliani – 1:00pm Luncheon
• Governor Mike Huckabee – 2:30pm Coffee & Dessert
• Senator John McCain – 5:00pm Reception
